1) HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping costs in Italy
Delivery costs for Italy (including islands) are FREE with courier tracked for orders over € 100.
For orders of less than € 100 the cost is € 8.


Shipping costs in Europe and outside Europe

Delivery costs for EUROPE are € 30 with tracked courier.
Delivery costs for EXTRA EUROPEAN COUNTRIES are € 40 by tracked courier.

2) HOW MUCH TIME FOR DELIVERY?

Delivery time
The delivery time of the goods is usually between 2-4 weeks for goods not immediately available in stock; it is instead 2-5 working days for the goods available for immediate delivery, available on this page. Delivery times may be longer for shipments in Europe and outside Europe

The delivery time may vary due to force majeure, customs delays, delay in delivery of suppliers or due to traffic conditions and traffic conditions in general or by the Authority's authority or on the basis of inventory. 3) I CAN NOT FIND THE SIZE CHART, HOW DO I HAVE TO ADJUST TO PURCHASE THE CORRECT SIZE?

The sizes indicated on our website refer to the Italian fit, XS = 38/40 S = 42 M = 44 L = 46 XL = 46/48

4)  WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO ONE IN THE HOUSE?

In the event that nobody is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave notice of its passage and will make a second delivery attempt the next working day.
If the courier does not find you two consecutive times, or the address provided is incorrect, the package will be stored at the courier location nearest to your address.
We will contact our customer service to define a new delivery (delivery cost € 8) or to collect the package at the courier's premises (without additional charges).
The package remains in storage for 8 days, then automatically returns to the sender with a corresponding charge of non-delivery costs of € 35.
So we invite you to check your e-mail to check if your order has been sent and notify us if you can not be found at home for delivery or for any other problem by writing to info@dream-shop.it.

5) WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN OR CHANGE A PRODUCT?

You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The cost of shipping the goods to be changed is charged to the customer.

9) IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER AN "OUT OF STOCK" PRODUCT?

In any case, contact us immediately by email at help@dream-shop.it indicating name, surname, order date, order amount, payment chosen and how much more information can be useful to identify and block any double order.

16) WHAT IS THE RISK WITH CREDIT CARD?

The risks are practically nothing; the data relating to the credit card (number and expiry date) do not transit on our server but are sent directly encrypted to the Secure Server (SSL) via Paypal.


17) DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

19) HOW IS THE VAT RATE TREATED IN CASE OF ORDERS ABROAD?

With regard to shipments within the EEC, VAT (in the amount of 22%,) already included in the invoice is charged to the customer. Shipping outside the EEC is done without charge. It is advisable to check the customs duties of the country where you want to receive the goods as these can be added to the costs and are in any case borne by the customer.


21) WHAT TO DO RECEIVING THE ORDINATED GOODS?

When the courier makes the delivery you will have to check:
1) That the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case conforms to the standard characteristics of a package;
2) That the number of packages indicated on the transport documents corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered;
N.B .: Any disputes must be immediately raised to the courier; in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly; all documents contained in the special pocket applied to the outside of the package must be kept.

25) I PURCHASED WITH PAYMENT TO DELIVERY BUT I HAVE NOT RETIRED THE GOODS, WHAT HAPPENS?

In the event that the customer does not collect the goods purchased on delivery, he will be charged for shipping, storage, return shipping to the Dream Shop office of € 35 or more in the case of bulk packages or multiple items, in addition to expenses management of the practice of the debt collection agency (only in case of non-payment of expenses after prompting by Dream Shop). We remind you that at the time of purchase, the customer signs a sales contract with Dream Shop, which must be respected by both parties.
