General Terms of Wholesale
The quotation and sale of products on the www.dream-shop.it site are governed by these General Terms of Sale. The access and use of this website assumes the reading, knowledge and acceptance of these General Terms of Sale as well as the Privacy Policy and Additional Legal Notes.

1. Minimum order
The minimum order to place wholesale orders on our shop are 5 pieces per item (cuts, mixed colors of the same art. are allowed) and a minimum of 5 different items.

2. Delivery times
Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 weeks depending on the availability of the goods. Some items may be available in ready delivery and then are delivered in a few days. Always check the delivery times indicated in the cart when ordering.
3. Payments
For wholesale orders we only accept prepayment: wire transfer or postpay refill.

4. Shipping and delivery of products
The cost of the delivery is .8 regardless of the order amount

5. Returns of goods
Wholesale orders accept returns of goods only if the delivered goods are failed, the delivered model is wrong or the size sent is different from the ordered size. In any case, returns are not accepted for custom products such as Converse shoes and Levis jeans/jackets.
Goods are exchanged only for failed, broken or ruined items. The defect should be reported promptly by email with photographic documentation at resi@dream-shop.it

6. Card
The merchandise is sent dream shop card with the price left blank

7. Resale Price
We do not impose the resale price of the items, you are free to apply the price that you think is appropriate.
