How can I choose the right size?
Dream Shop sizes follow the Italian fit.
In each product sheet, you will find a dedicated size chart: check the measurements before purchasing and, if you have doubts, message us on WhatsApp. We will help you find the perfect size based on your actual measurements.
Is the fit tight or comfortable?
It depends on the model. In the product description, you will always find information on fit and fabric, so you can choose with confidence.
What happens if the size indicated on the label is different from the one ordered?
Some items produced outside the EU have international sizes different from the Italian ones, but Dream Shop always sends the correct equivalent Italian size.
How does Dream Shop work for purchases, shipping, and returns?
Dream Shop is a women's fashion eCommerce that offers secure shopping, tracked shipping, protected payments, and easy returns within 14 days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
How much does shipping cost?
- In Italy: free for orders over €100; €8 for orders under.
- In Europe: €15 with tracked courier.
- Outside Europe: €20 with tracked courier.
What are the delivery times?
1–4 working days for items in stock and 1–3 weeks for items not immediately available.
You will always receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment.
What happens if I'm not home when the courier arrives?
The courier makes two delivery attempts and leaves a notice. If delivery fails, the package will be held for 8 days. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to schedule a new delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
How can I make a return?
Download the return form, fill it out and send it via WhatsApp to +39 353 3744357.

Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, for hygiene and legal reasons we do not accept returns on underwear, shoes, swimsuits, vintage or customized items, genuine leather articles, fur, or home linens. Please refer to the dedicated returns page for more information.
Are shipping costs refunded?
No, shipping and cash on delivery costs are non-refundable.

Can I modify or cancel an order?
No, for management and logistical reasons, orders cannot be canceled after confirmation as they are processed and shipped within just a few minutes/hours of your submission. We therefore invite you to carefully check sizes and details before purchasing.
How long does it take to respond?
We usually respond within a few hours on weekdays. Customer service is not active on Saturday and Sunday, but the site and orders are. Urgent requests via WhatsApp always take priority. However, we typically do not exceed 48 hours for a response.

Not at the moment, but our customer service will help you choose the most suitable size based on your measurements. We are working on it!
