At Dream Shop, you can pay with your preferred method. All payment systems are secure, certified, and protected by advanced encryption. Your financial data is never shared with Dream Shop but is managed directly by the authorized payment providers.

What payment methods does Dream Shop accept?

Credit, debit, or prepaid card

Pay with any card through the certified platforms Nexi and Shopify Pay. We accept all major networks: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Your data is managed with SSL/TLS encryption and is never stored by Dream Shop.

PayPal

Pay securely with your PayPal account, credit card, or prepaid card. PayPal protects every transaction with advanced fraud prevention systems and does not share your financial information with Dream Shop.

Klarna – Pay in 3 interest-free installments

With Klarna, split the total of your order into 3 monthly installments with no additional costs. Select Klarna at checkout and follow the instructions directly on the platform. A simple way to shop with more flexibility.

Cash on delivery

Do you prefer to pay only when you have the package in your hands? With cash on delivery, you pay in cash directly to the courier. This service is available only in Italy (including islands) and has a fixed surcharge of € 10. For orders over € 300, a 30% deposit is required in advance via one of the other available methods. Instructions will be sent via email or WhatsApp after the order.

Advance bank transfer

You can pay via bank transfer to the following details:

The order will be processed after the payment confirmation. Bank processing times vary from 1 to 3 working days.

PostePay top-up

After the purchase, you will receive the PostePay card number to top up via email. You can top up through: the PostePay app, tobacco shops and Sisal retailers, post offices or Postamat counters, online via BancoPosta account. After topping up, send the receipt to pagamenti@dream-shop.it or on WhatsApp to confirm the order.

Are payments on Dream Shop secure?

Yes. All transactions occur over SSL/TLS encrypted connections. The payment providers (Nexi, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna) are PCI-DSS certified, the highest security standard in the e-commerce industry. Dream Shop never stores your payment data on its servers.

Frequently asked questions about payments

Can I pay cash on delivery for any amount?

Yes, cash on delivery is available for any amount in Italy. For orders over € 300, a 30% advance deposit is required. The fixed surcharge of € 10 always applies.

Does payment with Klarna have additional interest?

No. Klarna on Dream Shop allows you to pay in 3 monthly installments without interest. The total order amount is simply divided into 3 equal installments without any surcharges.

When is the payment charged with a card?

With a credit or debit card, the charge occurs at the time of order confirmation. In case of a return, the refund is credited within 5–10 working days from our confirmation, depending on the bank.

What happens if the payment is declined?

If the payment fails, the order is not confirmed. Please try again with an alternative method or contact us on WhatsApp +39 353 3744357 for immediate assistance.

Can I receive an invoice?

Yes. Indicate it in the order notes at checkout, or write to us immediately after the purchase with your complete tax details at info@dream-shop.it.
