Are you not satisfied with your purchase? You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. The procedure is managed via WhatsApp with direct support from our team — simple, quick, and hassle-free.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate the return or exchange procedure. After this period, the return is no longer acceptable. Keep the courier's delivery confirmation message as a reference for the date.
How to request a return or exchange

- Our team confirms acceptance and guides you step by step in returning the item.
- Once the product is received and verified, you will be issued a refund or discount voucher within 14 days.
Note: original shipping costs and any cash on delivery surcharge are non-refundable.
Which items cannot be returned?
To ensure hygiene standards and compliance with Italian regulations (D.Lgs. 206/2005), we do not accept returns for:
- Underwear, swimwear, and masks (hygienic reasons)
- Shoes (hygienic reasons)
- Plus-size clothing (from XXL and up)
- Items costing less than € 50 (art. 47 c. 2 Consumer Code)
- Customized items, handmade or vintage (e.g., Levi's, original Converse) – art. 50 Consumer Code
- Products made from genuine leather or natural fur made on request or custom
- Wigs and toupees made from real hair
- Home textiles, rugs, curtains, and home items
- Products made to order or not listed in the catalog on the site
- Items made or finished in tailoring – art. 50 Consumer Code

When will I receive the refund?
After receiving the return and verifying the integrity of the product, Dream Shop will issue within 14 days:
- a refund to the original payment method, or
- a discount voucher to use for future purchases on Dream Shop
The choice will be communicated via email or WhatsApp at the time of return confirmation.
Are shipping costs refunded?
No. The shipping costs of the original order and any cash on delivery surcharge are non-refundable, in accordance with Italian e-commerce regulations (D.Lgs. 206/2005 – Consumer Code).

Can I change the size instead of making a return?
Yes. If the item is available in the size you need, you can request an exchange. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and desired size: we will check availability and handle everything for you.
Does the product need to be in original condition to be returned?
Yes. The product must be returned unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging where possible. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Can I return an item purchased on sale or promotion?
Items on sale or promotion follow the same standard return conditions, unless different indications are provided on the offer page. Returns must occur within 14 days of delivery and fall within the accepted categories.
What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo of the product and order number. In case of an error or defect upon delivery, we handle the return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
How do I ship the return package?
Once the Dream Shop team confirms the acceptance of the return, you will receive precise instructions on how to ship the package. Use appropriate packaging to protect the item during transport and keep the shipping receipt as proof.
