Since 2011, we have been shipping throughout Italy, Europe, and the world with tracked professional couriers. Every Dream Shop order travels securely: receive the tracking code via email before delivery and follow your package in real time.

How much does shipping cost?

Italy

• Free for orders over € 100 (including islands)
• € 8 for orders under € 100
• € 10 surcharge for minor islands (Venetian islands, Capri, Elba Island, Aeolian Islands, Ponza, free zones)

Europe and Worldwide

• Europe: € 15 with tracked courier
• Non-EU Countries: € 20 with tracked courier

How long does it take to receive my order?

• 1–4 working days for items in stock (indicated on the product page)
• 1–4 weeks for items shipped from non-EU warehouses

How can I track my package?

A few days before delivery, you will automatically receive the tracking code via email. Enter it on the courier's website (BRT or SDA) to monitor the shipment in real time. If you do not receive the tracking within the expected time, contact us on WhatsApp and we will retrieve it for you.

What happens if I'm not home when the courier arrives?

The courier makes two delivery attempts on working days. If both fail, the package will be held for 7 days at the nearest BRT branch or post office. We will notify you via email and WhatsApp to arrange the redelivery together. After 7 days without a response, the package will be returned to the sender with a charge of € 35 for storage and return fees.

How does cash on delivery work?

By choosing cash on delivery, you pay in cash directly to the courier. It is only available in Italy (including islands) and has a fixed surcharge of € 10. For orders over € 300, a 30% deposit is required in advance via card, bank transfer, PayPal, or PostePay. Failure to collect will incur a charge of € 35 for shipping, storage, and return fees.

International shipping outside the EU

For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. The rates are calculated by the customs authorities of the destination country at the time of entry of the goods. Dream Shop is not responsible for any delays related to customs procedures.

Is free shipping also applicable to islands?

Yes, free shipping over € 100 is valid throughout Italy, including major islands (Sicily, Sardinia). For minor islands (Venetian islands, Capri, Elba Island, Aeolian Islands, Ponza, free zones), a surcharge of € 10 is applied for the higher operational costs of couriers.

Do shipments always leave from Italy?

Not always. Depending on product availability, shipments may leave from Italy or from non-EU warehouses. This directly affects delivery times (1–4 days from Italy, 1–4 weeks from abroad). Each product page always provides the updated indication.

Which couriers do you use?

We mainly use BRT (Bartolini) and SDA (Poste Italiane) for deliveries in Italy. For international shipments, we rely on selected tracked couriers based on the destination.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo of the product and order number. All Dream Shop shipments are covered, and we handle the claim with the courier to ensure your protection, at no additional cost to you.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp. If the package has not yet been shipped, we can change the address. Once in transit, the change depends on the courier's availability.
