Enamel in pen applicator, semi permanent. It is activated with LEO or UV lamp. Choose from the many colors available and follow the steps below:
1. Apply the primer coat. Keep 30 seconds in the LED lamp or 2 minutes in the UV lamp.
2. Apply the first layer of colored gel. Keep 30 seconds in the LED lamp or 2 minutes in the UV lamp.
3. Apply the second layer of colored gel. Keep 30 seconds in the LED lamp or 2 minutes in the UV lamp.
4. Apply the top coating. Keep 30 seconds in the LED lamp or 2 minutes in the UV lamp.
