Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between gold and silver?
The tone of the rhinestones and embellishments changes: gold warms the complexion, silver stays cooler and more graphic.

What does made to measure mean?
It is a tailored piece: it is made after you order, it is not a stock item. Delivery times are therefore longer than for a standard item.

Can I return it?
No. As the piece is made to measure, returns are not accepted. Write to our Italian customer care before ordering: we will help you choose the right size.

Are the feathers removable?
The feathers are part of the garment and are applied on the back.

How do I choose my size?
You can choose one size or a size from XS to XL. As it is a made-to-measure piece, we recommend contacting customer care before ordering.

How do I wash it?
Hand wash only in cold water, without rubbing the rhinestones and feathers. Dry flat in the shade, never in the washing machine.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available for a 10 euro surcharge. Our customer care is Italian.
