What's the difference from the patterned styles?
No prints here: just solid colors, and they're bought in pairs of pairs instead of single pairs.
Does the cotton shrink in the wash?
Wash them at 30° and air dry: at higher temperatures cotton can shrink by half a size.
Are they suitable for boys too?
Yes, solid colors are neutral: it only depends on the color combination you choose.
